Lean Startup by Eric Ries

Building a successful entity in an ever uncertain and constantly changing technology and market environment needs a very very different mindset and methodology. Ideas will fail for sure. But is there a way you can fail fast and pivot to the next approach to creating a great product or service? absolutely yes. MVP or the minimum viable product is a concept at the centre of the Lean Startup philosophy. I personally believe the concept has changed somewhat from a MVP to what I call minimum marketable impact (MMI). But the philosophy underlying is still valid. Great read in the age of continuous innovation to fail quickly or scale rapidly.
